Into Kildare, Kildare Tourism Board, Hosts Successful Networking Event at Springfield Hotel, Leixlip-
Into Kildare, the Kildare Tourism Board hosted a very successful member’s networking event at the newly refurbished Springfield Hotel in Leixlip. With 40 members in attendance, the gathering provided a platform for networking, fostering collaboration and showcasing the exciting line up of events and activations which will be carried out by Into Kildare in the coming weeks and months.
The event commenced with an introduction to the much-anticipated ‘Taste of Kildare,’ which is set to take place at Naas Racecourse from September 20-22nd. Attendees were treated to a sneak peek and a tantalising showcase of what this event has in store for both locals and visitors alike.
Áine Mangan, CEO of Into Kildare, delivered an insightful presentation outlining the organisation’s vision and plans for the forthcoming season. Members were delighted by her strategic insights and forward-thinking approach towards promoting tourism in the region and Into Kildare’s members were very interested in the plans to further support and help develop tourism in County Kildare. Áine also updated the members on all the recent activities and presented the PR and marketing results for the most recent campaign which promoted St. Brigid of Kildare both at home and abroad.
The event was attended by Paul Lenehan, President of the Restaurant Association of Ireland, who is also a valued member. Their attendance underscored the importance of collaboration and partnership in driving the tourism and hospitality agenda forward.
A highlight of the gathering was the opportunity for members to network. There was a great energy in the room which helped the exchange of ideas and encouraged even more collaboration among the members themselves.
The generous support of the Springfield Hotel, which recently underwent a major renovation, was instrumental in making the event a resounding success. Attendees were treated to a sumptuous lunch, courtesy of the hotel, enhancing the overall experience.
