Faith Amond Wins Best Dressed Lady Competition on
Lawlor’s of Naas Grade 1 Novice Hurdle and Winter Ladies Day
Carlow native, Faith Amond was declared the Best Dressed Lady at the Lawlor’s of Naas Grade 1 Novice Hurdle and Winter Ladies Day, which took place at Naas Racecourse on Sunday, 8th of January.
Faith bagged herself a luxurious suite stay at Lawlor’s of Naas Town Centre Hotel, a voucher worth €1,000 from Residence Day Spa in Naas and a €1,000 voucher from Aria Boutique in Naas. She was chosen by the head fashion judge, fashionista Marietta Doran and sponsor representatives, Dee Nix of Lawlor’s of Naas Town Centre Hotel, Zane Kostiva from Residence Day Spa and Karolynn Mac Hale from Aria Boutique. The two runners up, Julie Caulfield (from Wexford) and Lauren Campbell (from Antrim) each received a €100 voucher from Residence Day Spa, Afternoon Tea Vouchers from Lawlor’s of Naas Town Centre Hotel and a €50 shopping voucher from Aria Boutique.
Celebrity fashion judge, Marietta Doran, said; “I loved being here at Naas Racecourse looking out for all the style that was on show. The fashion was wonderful and really elegant, and we were thrilled to see so many stylish ladies. In the end it was Faith who really stood out. She wore a head piece by Carol Kennelly her suit was from Kalu Boutique in Naas and she wore a vintage, gold Philip Treacy bag.
The feature race, The Lawlor’s of Naas Grade 1 Novice Hurdle was won by ‘Champ Kiely’ trained by Willie Mullins and ridden by Danny Mullins.
